I love cruising and have taken many cruises to many wonderful places. I do have a collection of on-desk sunset photos and a book on how to create towel animals, but I wouldn’t put me in the category of World’s Best Cruiser (yet!).

Budget Travel is on the look out: Have your readers taken more cruises than they can count? Do they have a collection of on-deck sunset photos? A shrine to towel animals? Tell them to prove it!

Encourage them to make the case as to why they are the world’s best cruiser in this online contest. They should send photos, videos, and tips we’ve never seen elsewhere. All submissions are due by March 15 at starcruiser@budgettravel.com.

The winner will be determined in an online reader poll starting May 3 and will win a free cruise and will be featured on BudgetTraavel.com and in the magazine’s December/January 2012 issue.

Submissions should include name, where they are from, number of cruises taken and any and all proof as to why they should be considered the smartest cruiser in the world. Is it a tip? A strategy? A video? Points will be given for creativity of submissions.
