I think the most enjoying thing about business travel is the travel itself, a few hours to rest and focus on what I am going to say etc.
So I can understand why women enjoy it more
Yes, I love business travel. Now that I have been “downsized,” I’m travel-challenged. No excuse for business travel and no money for vacation travel. Bummer.
This may seem gross to some people, so just avert your eyes if you can’t take it, but one of the first things I do when I check into a hotel room is dump the entire contents of my purse on the bed (hopefully, the second bed in the room). I NEVER get the chance to clean out my purse at home but in a hotel room, the night before the conference starts, I have time to do those things that I can’t do at home. Like cut my toenails, Yes! The second thing I do in a hotel room is cut my toenails. It isn’t like I couldn’t do it at home but there’s always something more pressing.
Gee, I could write a whole blog about this. In fact, I’m so inspired, I think I WILL write a whole blog about this.
Frankly, I love business travel!

Kay I totally agree! It is so true the only time I have the luxury of cleaning out my purse is when I travel. I travel 100K plus a year so I am always on the road. I do enjoy the ability to sleep in, when at home my 2 dogs and my cat never EVER let me sleep in.
