The Ultimate Use of Points: Marriage at 32,000 Feet
I always thought my marriage was kind of nice. Married at sea in Key West, at sunset, aboard a sailboat. In hindsight, I am not sure why I didn’t consider getting married up in the air like this couple.
Recently I wrote about the ultimate honeymoon but here’s a couple that took their vows one step further.
In a wonderful display of applying their points, this couple used their Southwest Air miles for thirty friends and family to join them as they completed their vows at 32,000 feet. Very appropriately, they landed at Dallas Love Field before heading off to their honeymoon in Puerto Rico, which was a gift from Southwest. I sure hope they had enough hotel points to cover that part as well.
I hope these frequent fliers found something that lasts them a lifetime.
Nice but would be way better if they did this on Singapore first class or something haha
